Awards

The annual Biz 417 Commercial Design Awards presented by Unique Tile is a juried competition that honors exceptional commercial design projects. All entries are viewed and scored by a panel of ASID judges. Currently there are five categories: Lifestyle (restaurants, hotels, living communities, sports facilities, mixed-use spaces, etc.), Healthcare (Hospital and medical facilities that offer patient care), Renovation (Historic building renovations/restoration, building renovations/restoration, residential turned commercial spaces), General Office & Professional Services (includes private offices, legal and financial offices) and Unbuilt Project. Categories are subject to change.

Winning designs are profiled in the July/August issue of Biz 417 and honored at an awards ceremony in the summer.
