Face Time Your Banker

Southern Bank is now giving customers the option to connect with a personal banker via live video at four Interactive Teller Machines. These ITMs look like ATMs and offer the same services, but now customers can have face time with a teller while at the machine, just as they would if they went inside or pulled through the window. ITMs offer the convenience of extended service times as well, with tellers available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. ITMs have been installed at Southern Bank branches located on Mount Vernon Street in Nixa and at Republic Road and East Sunshine Street in Springfield. A new branch with an ITM is scheduled to open on South National Street in Springfield.
