Business Development Sales, Prime, Inc.
Dillon Low builds relationships for a living, and at Prime, that work shows up in fuel costs, logistics strategy and long-term partnerships that keep the transportation company moving. His role focuses on expanding Prime's fuel program by bringing in third-party trucking companies to increase overall fuel volume, which strengthens the company's ability to secure better pricing with major fuel vendors and helps reduce costs across the network. In short, the more gallons flowing through the program, the more leverage Prime has to drive down fuel costs, directly supporting both efficiency and long-term growth.
Outside of sales, Low is just as invested in community impact. He serves on boards and helps support initiatives like Harmony House's iCare campaign, which raises awareness around domestic violence, and the Good Dads program designed for over-the-road truck drivers balancing parenting and distance. "My cup gets filled pretty well by helping others," he says.
That mindset traces back to his time as a volunteer firefighter and, more recently, to becoming a father. What the future looks like for his now three-year-old son is something Low thinks about often, especially when considering how his work and service can help shape a stronger community. "Dillon is always looking for ways to make a positive impact," says Nathan Kelley, corporate security at Prime, Inc.
For Low—grandson of Prime CEO and Founder Robert Low—success at Prime is about company growth, and building healthier systems. "Success means making Prime an even more dominant force in the market and helping the people I work with grow," Low says. "For Harmony House and Good Dads, the sky is the limit. There's good work happening, and more ahead."
