Good Clean Spumante Rosé is known for it’s strawberries and cream notes and strawberries are one of the best known aphrodisiacs. This angelic spritz is fun and lively and making it together is sure to get your hearts beating.
Ingredients
1 strawberry
4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons simple syrup.
1 oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
4 oz good clean Spumante rose
To Prepare
1. Muddle the strawberry, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice, the elder flow liqueur and shake well.
3. Strain over fresh ice into a wine glass
4. Top with good clean Spumante rosé
5. Garnish with a strawberry
