Cranberry Infused Gin

With a little patience, you can shake up your cocktail game this season by infusing your own gin. Mix it into your favorite cocktail, serve it with tonic water or sip it on the rocks for an easy-to-make drink that’s sure to impress.

Infuse gin with cranberries for a new take on a gin and tonic.

Makes 750 milliliters. Recipe provided by Joshua Dillard of Relics Antique Mall Tea Room.

Ingredients
2 cups cranberries, skins pierced
1 orange, peeled with pith removed
1 jalapeño, seeds removed (optional)
750 milliliters gin

To Prepare
Add all ingredients into a glass container with a tight-fitting lid, making sure all ingredients are submerged in gin. Let sit in a dark place, shaking it occasionally, for one to two weeks. Strain through a funnel or sieve into an airtight bottle and serve.
