Elizabeth Hardin's Instagram account is jam-packed full of mom hacks and more, but Bailey mostly follows her for her card tricks. "I really love to play card games, but I wanted to learn a few card tricks just to impress my son," Bailey says. "Now you'll find me doing it when I'm out with my friends. I always have a deck of cards in my purse to play games." A fun place to start: Check out the trick in her pinned Reel.

Ian Simkins is a Tennessee-based pastor who influenced Bailey's faith with biblical sermon snippets. Bailey's faith made her consider sharing her story at the Women Who Build kickoff luncheon after a career pivot and divorce. "I was listening to a sermon about six or eight months ago, and it was talking about 'what is your purpose,'" she says. "I started thinking about how I can use my voice and my story to share with others."

History Cool Kids posts bite-sized fun facts. Bailey follows it for amusement and to "find the most off-the-wall history stats." These range from dinosaur discoveries to world history to even film history. The day of Bailey's interview, she learned information from the account about women's hat pins in the early 1900s. "That was actually like a piece for self-defense!" she says, referring to how some women used long hat pins for protection.
