The mission of S.W.E.T. Hot Yoga and Fitness Studio is to help improve strength, wellness, energy, and muscle tone for beginners, gurus, the young, and the young at heart with their state of the art facility, expert teachers, and variety of classes and class times. Expect to find hot yoga classes with infrared heat, unheated yoga classes, barre, pound, pilates, Zumba, kickboxing, strengthening, tabata, TRX, kids' classes, and more. S.W.E.T. offers over 100 classes per week and starting times that alternate between heated and unheated studios. Their goal is to offer you the right class at a time that works for you!
