Harter House Opening in Shell Knob
The former Country Fresh Market on MO-39 to become the seventh Harter House location.

Bradley and Angela Bettlach, owners of Strafford’s Harter House Supermarket, plan to open a new Harter House location in Shell Knob early next month. The former Country Fresh Market will become the seventh Harter House location.
Full-service meat cases will be installed to house a variety of cuts including choice Angus beef. There are plans to remodel in the future.
“I am looking forward to serving the Shell Knob and surrounding areas," Bradley says. "My wife and I have grown up in this area and are thrilled to be expanding in our home town.”
The store will be open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Summer hours will likely extend to 10 p.m.
