Jill Moore's Oh La La Potatoes

Make Oh La La Potatoes at home with this recipe from Jill Moore, mother of Brandon "Chef Tiny" Moore.

Serves: 6–8

Ingredients
• 6 medium russet potatoes
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 6 tablespoons butter
• ¾ cup sour cream
• 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 1 pinch of garlic powder (optional)
• Paprika for dusting (optional)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Cook potatoes in skins, then cool. Peel and crumble with fork.
2. Combine cheese and 4 tablespoons butter in large saucepan. Heat and stir until cheese is almost melted. Remove from heat.
3. Blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Add a pinch of garlic powder (optional).
4. Fold in potatoes.
5. Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Pat with 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle with paprika to add flavor and color (optional).
7. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
