A Look at Brian VanFosson's Coca-Cola Memorabilia Collection

Brian VanFosson, President of Citizens Bank of Rogersville, stores a different kind of classic in his garage. Instead of cars, his garage showcases his family’s extensive collection of Coca-Cola memorabilia. A member of the Coca-Cola Collectors Club since 1992, VanFosson primarily collects the iconic brand’s metal signs and vintage serving trays. However, his collection also includes unique pieces like a 1950s card tabletop and a bar counter built with glass from the Las Vegas Coca-Cola museum. “Coca-Cola memorabilia is probably the No. 1 collectible in the world,” VanFosson says. However, the most valuable items in his collection are the friendships. “We can go to almost any state in the country, and some foreign countries, and find friends that we have made in the days of our collecting.”
